Matt Verminski

Matt Verminski has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt is the Co-Founder of Kodama Systems since 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Advisor/Consultant/Investor for various startups from 2019. Matt held the role of VP of Engineering at Desktop Metal from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Kiva Systems (now Amazon Robotics) where they held positions such as VP Hardware Architecture and VP/Director of Hardware Engineering from 2004 to 2015, contributing to the company's growth. Matt also worked as a Director at PowerAdvocate from 2003 to 2004 and as a Principal at Sengine LLC from 2002 to 2003. Earlier in their career, they co-founded Virtual Ink Corporation/mimio and served as the Director of Systems Engineering, where they played a crucial role in system development and securing a major acquisition.

Matt Verminski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Engineering Management from Tufts University in 1996. Matt then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they completed in 1998.
