Job description

As an Intern Account Coordinator, you will work closely with our Account Management team to support our customers and partners with world-class service while gaining valuable knowledge and skills. This hands-on role will provide you with valuable experience in client relations, project management, and marketing strategy. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain insight into the inner workings of a fast-paced Adtech company.

What you will do

  • You will assist Account Managers in maintaining client relationships through management of Salesforce ticketing and live chat systems within Koddi's service level agreements (SLA) until resolution, providing quality assurance for new activations
  • Act as the liaison between hotel clients and strategic account managers, assisting with technical issues and quality response times, building a strong client experience while opening tickets for internal communication and investigations across brands
  • Manage platform access for new and existing clients
  • Participate in building out our onboarding workflow for each partner, providing a “white glove” experience for clients getting setup on our platforms, providing brand-specific collateral, overall best practices, and next steps
  • Host trainings and webinars for our platforms for new users
  • Support cross-team outreach initiatives to foster program growth

What skills and experience you bring

  • Qualified candidates will either be currently enrolled or graduated from a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Mastering German and/or other languages is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred but not required : Prior internship or relevant work experience in digital marketing or client success management (with a baseline understanding of CRM systems and support practices)
