Natasha Bullard

Natasha Bullard, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a People & Culture Business Partner at Koddi, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Natasha worked as the Manager of People & Culture at Avocados From Mexico for a brief period in 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior HR Specialist at Medallion Midstream, LLC from May 2019 to January 2021, and holding the position of Director of Culture & HR as well as HR Generalist at Dallas Children's Advocacy Center from April 2015 to May 2019. Natasha began a career in human resources as an HR Representative at Laredo Petroleum, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a Concentration in Creative Writing from the University of North Texas.
