Swati Bajaj

Swati Bajaj is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at KodeKloud since November 2024. Prior to this role, Bajaj worked at Basis Technologies as Manager, Talent Partners from July 2021 to September 2024, where the focus was on enhancing employee experience and implementing a four-day flexible work week.
