Or Castel-Dubinchik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Or started their career as an Intelligence Analyst in the Israel Defense Forces from October 2005 to August 2009. Following that, they worked as a Support Engineer at Safend from September 2009 to October 2010. Or then joined The Hebrew University of Jerusalem as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from September 2011 to May 2013. Or Castel-Dubinchik gained experience as a Software & Algorithms Engineer at BrightSource Industries Israel (formerly Luz2) from January 2013 to December 2013. Or then worked as an Algorithms Researcher and Projects Manager at Prospera Technologies from October 2014 to December 2017. From August 2018 to September 2021, Or Castel-Dubinchik served as an AI Research Engineer at SparkBeyond. Currently, they hold the position of Software Engineer at Kodem, starting in October 2021.

Or Castel-Dubinchik obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, from the years 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences and Cognitive Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, between 2011 and 2013.
