Samuel McGovern

Samuel McGovern is currently a Partner at Kodiak, a real estate investment firm focused on acquisition and development in the Gulf-South region of the United States. Previously, they served as Vice President of Business Development & Marketing at Watchdog Real Estate Project Management. Prior to that, they held roles as a Business Development Manager and Associate Project Manager at NVR, Inc. with a background in project management and overseeing residential community development in Tampa, Florida. Samuel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business with a double major from Washington College.
