Garrett Goloubow

Garrett Goloubow has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2019, they began working as a Software Quality Operator at Kodiak Robotics. Prior to this, they were a Software Quality Associate at Waymo (via Adecco) from 2017-2019. In 2016, they worked as a Tutor at Sage Educators, where they tutored students in Algebra, Geometry, Pre-calculus, and Calculus, helped prepare students for the ACT, and updated how Sage reports and records the student's practice tests Scores for the ACT and SAT. That same year, they also worked as a Research Assistant at the Office of Research University of California Santa Barbara, where they used a beagle board to observe how the physics building was affecting muon absorption and used a Python program to find the error in the data and graph their results, and analyzed the properties of a He-Ne laser including beam waist, polarization, and intensity. In 2015, they worked as a Cook and Waiter at Curry Up Now. In 2014, they worked as an Intern at Stellavise, where they developed rooftop layouts and solar module layout design with software called AutoCad Lt, placed and wired solar modules on rooftops to limit costs and create enough output power in the layout for the clients, and designed details with that same software to instruct construction workers on how to install solar modules.

Garrett Goloubow attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory prior to earning a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from UC Santa Barbara in 2016.
