Zsuzsanna Major

Zsuzsanna Major is the current VP of People at Kodiak. Zsuzsanna has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Operations. Zsuzsanna has a strong track record in building and leading teams, developing people strategies, and improving organizational effectiveness.

Major started their career as an Office Manager at Landbank Investments in 2005. Zsuzsanna then became a Program Manager at KFKI Systems in 2001. After DMR Consulting/Fujitsu Consulting, they joined Zee Aero as their VP of People Operations in 2010. In 2016, they left for Kitty Hawk where they served in the same role for two years before coming to Kodiak.

Zsuzsanna Major has a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Concordia University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Zsuzsanna Major reports to Don Burnette, Co-founder & CEO. Zsuzsanna Major works with Tyler Rosengren - Head of Marketing, Eric Chow - VP, Finance, and Jordan Coleman - General Counsel.
