Jenny Vasquez

Jenny Vasquez has over 17 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Kodiak Building Partners since March 2017. In this role, Jenny leads HR functions across seven business platforms and 32 operating entities, managing over 6,000 employees and advising business leaders on compliance and HR processes. Jenny has played a key role in several initiatives, including the onboarding of new acquisitions, the implementation of automated HR processes, and the transition of payroll systems. Previously, Jenny held positions as Human Resources Manager at the Latin American Youth Center and as Human Resources Generalist at TW Perry, along with earlier roles in customer service and sales. Educational credentials include studies at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, the University of Maryland, and Montgomery College.
