Corey Mooney

Corey Mooney is an experienced professional in food process engineering, currently serving as the Associate Director of Food Process Engineering at Kodiak Cakes since November 2021. Prior to this role, Corey held positions at ProCaps Laboratories as a Senior Food Process Engineer, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives in production and product transitions, and at Idahoan Foods as a Food Scientist, where formulation development and pilot plant management were key responsibilities. Earlier career experiences include internships at MOM Brands and OSI Industries, as well as a Dairy Lab Technician role at USU Dairy Lab, where foundational skills in production and sanitation were acquired. Corey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Utah State University.
