Valerie Oswalt

Dr. Valerie Oswalt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the consumer products and food industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Kodiak Cakes and Advisory Board Member at Forward Consumer Partners, Dr. Oswalt previously held key leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company, where responsibilities included overseeing a $4 billion portfolio of snack brands, and Century Snacks, where a significant business transformation was achieved. With a strong background at Mondelēz International leading North American operations across multiple brands, Dr. Oswalt's career also encompasses various leadership positions at Kraft Foods Group, including Vice President of Business Development and Supply Chain. Dr. Oswalt holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, in addition to an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Queens College.
