Kathy Norris

Kathy Norris has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kathy began their career at Automatic Switch Company as a Sr. Inside Sales Representative. In 1998, they joined Mustang CAT and progressed from an Inside Sales Representative to EPG Market Manager, overseeing sales management and increasing profitability. From 2008 to 2013, Kathy worked at Waukesha Pearce Industries, Inc in roles such as Compression Market Manager and Manager of Strategic Accounts. Kathy then joined SEC Energy Products & Services, L.P. in 2013 as Sales & Marketing, transitioning to become the National Sales Manager. Currently, Kathy is employed at Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. Kathy started as the Director of Business Development from 2018 to 2021, then became the Vice President of ESG Innovations & Business Development, and is currently serving as the VP of Sustainability & Regulatory Relations.

Kathy Norris attended the University of Houston, although the start and end years for this education are not provided. In 2007, they participated in a Dealer Management Simulation program at Stoan Consult/Caterpillar. Kathy also obtained a certification in Stoan Consult/Caterpillar from Caterpillar Inc. in 2007 and an ESG Certification Program from the Energy Workforce & Technology Council in 2022.
