Kelly Battle

Kelly Battle has extensive work experience in the legal field. Kelly is currently working at Kodiak Gas Services, LLC as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary, starting in November 2022. Before joining Kodiak Gas Services, LLC, Kelly worked at Exterran for a significant period of time. At Exterran, they held various roles including Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from June 2020 to October 2022, Deputy General Counsel from November 2015 to June 2020, Associate General Counsel, Corporate and Disputes from August 2009 to November 2015, and Senior Counsel, Corporate and Disputes from November 2004 to August 2009. Prior to their time at Exterran, they worked as an Associate at Vinson & Elkins from January 2000 to November 2004, and as an Associate at Clements, O’Neill, Pierce, Nickens, Wilson & Fulkerson from September 1996 to January 2000.

Kelly Battle attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Plan II. Kelly then continued their education at the same university and obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree from 1993 to 1996.
