James Chawke

James Chawke has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing. James is currently working as an Associate Director of Manufacturing Science & Technology at Kodiak Sciences. Prior to this, they worked at Biogen as a CQV Lead from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they served as a Process Engineer at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. from 2016 to 2018. James also worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Biotech Production Specialist from 2015 to 2016, and as an Intern Engineer at FMC Corporation from 2013 to 2014.

James Chawke completed their education in a chronological order. James began by obtaining a BSc in Physics & Energy from the University of Limerick, which they pursued from 2010 to 2014. James then went on to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, completing it from 2014 to 2016.

Afterward, James embarked on further education, obtaining additional certifications. In August 2015, they completed the Purification Bioprocessing Training at the NIBRT National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training. James then obtained the C&Q for New and Renovated Facilities certification from the same institution in May 2017.

Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, James attended IE Business School, where they earned a Global MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
