Norm Usenkanov

Norm Usenkanov is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and startup mentorship. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Kodif since May 2021, Norm also acts as an advisor for myPocketCFO and is a Founder Fellow at On Deck. With prior roles as Engineering Manager at Uber and Principal Software Engineer at Encyclopaedia Britannica, Norm possesses a strong background in software architecture, database design, and team leadership. Additionally, Norm contributes as a Volunteer CX Coach at Zendesk for Startups and has founded and directed software development initiatives in previous ventures. Norm holds a BS in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the American University in Bulgaria, along with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Maharishi International University, and has completed executive education courses at Stanford and Harvard Business School.
