Irina Marina

Irina Marina is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Business Partner at Kodland since May 2024. Previously, Irina worked as HR BP of the IT Department at КазанЭкспресс from June 2022 to May 2024 and held the position of HR Business Partner and IT Recruiter at the IT Department of the Moscow Government from November 2019 to June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Recruitment Associate at EY from July 2017 to November 2019 and HR Operations Specialist at Kazan International Airport from December 2014 to July 2015. Irina holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Corporate Finance from the Higher School of Economics (2015-2019) and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the same institution, expected to complete in June 2025.
