Rachana CN is an experienced professional with a diverse background in counseling and leadership. Currently serving as a Flow Catalyst at Koen MetaConsulting since July 2015 and as a Counselor at Psynergy since November 2010, Rachana specializes in facilitating personal and organizational growth. Rachana holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has extensive training in ontology-based leadership and communication from Landmark Education. Additionally, Rachana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vivekananda Degree College and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Mumbai.
