Sokmean N. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they worked as a Client Relationship Manager, Global Key Account Management at DHL eCommerce Asia Pacific, where they managed client relationships for key accounts. In 2015, they transitioned to Mobeewave as a Sales Program Manager. They then joined CorporateStays.com in 2016 as a Business Development Manager. In 2017, Sokmean N. took on the role of a Node-React Full Stack Developer. In 2019, they founded Calixa and served as the CEO. In March 2022, they became a member of C100, a not-for-profit member association supporting Canadian tech leaders. Finally, in April 2022, they joined Koffie Financial as a Software Engineer.

Sokmean N. completed a Software Engineering Immersive program at Fullstack Academy from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Sokmean pursued a BBA in the Trilingual Program at HEC Montréal, with a joint major in Marketing and International Business. In 2009, Sokmean participated in a BBA Exchange Program at Singapore Management University, focusing on Marketing and International Business. In addition to these educational experiences, Sokmean obtained various certifications, including District 3 Accelerate & Incubation from District 3 Innovation Centre in September 2019, NextAI'2019 from NextAI in February 2019, MTL Winter 2019 from Founder Institute in January 2019, and Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals from Coursera in November 2018.
