Tamara Colon is the Director of Human Resources at Kofile Technologies, Inc. and has extensive experience in HR management roles in various companies such as Caliber Collision Centers, JCPenney, Floor & Decor, Advance Auto Parts, and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. Tamara holds a BBA in Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico.
