Executive Vice President, Customer Experience at Kognitiv Corporation

Dena Escobedo has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Dena recently worked at Kognitiv Corporation as a Senior Vice President, Global Customer Experience from March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Account Management at Cendyn from June 2021 to March 2023. Dena Escobedo earned a BA in International Relations and Spanish from Bradley University from 1991 to 1995. Dena then attended Georgetown University in 1995, where they obtained a Graduate degree in the Engalitcheff Institute, specializing in Comparative Political and Economic Systems. Dena Escobedo has also obtained several additional certifications, including "Becoming a Thought Leader" from LinkedIn in 2019, "XAP - Xcelerated Action Program" from UMass Boston College of Management in 2018, and "Leadership Development Program" from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2010.
