Dr. Richa Joshi

Dr. Richa Joshi has worked in a variety of roles in the education field since 2009. Dr. Richa began their career as a College Lecturer at NIS Academy, teaching MBA and BBA. In 2012, they moved to VIBGYOR High as an IGCSE & A Levels Business Studies, IGCSE Mathematics & Accounting teacher. In 2014, they joined MIT Pune's Vishwashanti Gurukul IB World School as an IB DP Business Management, IGCSE & A Levels Business Studies, IGCSE Accounting & Economics teacher, where they also worked as an active member of the Examinations Committee and volunteered with the community service team. In 2017, they became a Business Management/Mathematics/Accounting facilitator at Gandhi Memorial Intercontinental School. In 2018, they joined the University of Cambridge as an Assessment Specialist-Business Studies and Assessment Specialist - Accounting. In 2020, they began work as a Content Editor - IBDP Business Management at Kognity and an IGCSE Mathematics (Online tutor) at Collins Education group. Most recently, in 2021, they started working as a Mathematics, Business Management & Economics teacher at GEMS International School - Al Khail, and also works as a Diploma Examiner/IA moderator - Business Management for The International Baccalaureate.

Dr. Richa Joshi has a comprehensive education history. Dr. Richa began their studies in 2003 with a Bachelor's in Science with a major in Mathematics from Banasthali Vidyapith. Dr. Richa then went on to pursue a dual major in Finance & Retail Management with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Banasthali Vidyapith, which they completed in 2008. In 2009, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Retail Management from Bhagwant University, Ajmer. In 2019, they obtained an International Diploma in TEFL from Asian College of Teachers- Corporate and an Extended Essay - category 3 from International Baccalaureate. Dr. Richa also has a Business Management - Assessment and Evaluation from SAIBSA, a Business Management - category 1 from International Baccalaureate, and Cambridge Professional Development Courses (Business Studies & Accounting) from University of Cambridge. In 2020, Dr. Joshi completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership from Asian College of Teachers- Corporate and is currently working towards an International Teaching Diploma in Secondary Education & SEN from Training Qualifications.
