Adam Phelps

Adam Phelps is an experienced professional in global procurement and purchasing, currently serving as Vice President of Global Purchasing at Rehlko, overseeing $2 billion in annual spending and leading a global team of over 150. Prior to this, Adam held the position of Vice President of Global Purchasing and Supplier Development at CTS Corporation, managing procurement across various industries and 15 manufacturing sites. Adam's career includes progression through key roles at Ford Motor Company, culminating in Senior Purchasing Manager for North American Purchasing, where multi-billion dollar budgets and teams were managed. Adam holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s in International Business from Penn State Smeal College of Business.
