Ben Rapp

Ben Rapp is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and business development. At Rehlko since June 2016, Ben has held multiple roles including Manager of Strategic Product Development, Manager of Business Development, and Senior Project Engineer, focusing on applications. Ben also contributed as a Student Consultant for Stryker Corporation, where the development of a go-to-market strategy for the Altrix temperature management device was undertaken. Ben earned an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2023, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, completed in 2016. Additionally, Ben served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and a CIRAS Research Assistant during the academic tenure at Iowa State University.
