Jon Marshall Citp

Jon Marshall CITP serves as the Director of the IT Project Management Office at Rehlko since April 2024, following an extensive tenure at Kohler Co. from May 2011 to April 2024, where Jon held multiple leadership roles including Head of IT Digital University and CoE Lead, driving transformation and establishing cross-functional processes within the IT workforce. Prior experiences include managing large-scale SAP projects in EMEA and leading major IT transformation programs across various Kohler divisions, as well as serving as a Senior Analyst at Amadeus IT Group, where Jon introduced SAP ERP and contributed to system improvements at Eli Lilly. Jon's career began as a Software Engineer at Walsall Pressings, with a strong educational background in Computer Science from Liverpool John Moores University and a National Diploma in Computer Studies from Dudley College of Technology.
