Matt Lewis

Matt Lewis, currently the Operations Director at Kohler Uninterruptible Power UK, has an extensive background in the field of engineering and management. With previous experience as a Senior Technical Engineer at ABB and various roles at Kohler Uninterruptible Power UK, including Service Manager and Technical Support Engineer, Matt has honed their skills over the years. Prior to these roles, Matt worked as a Field Service Engineer at Varicon (3D) Drives Ltd and Thames Water, where Matt started their career as an Electrical Apprentice and eventually became an Electrical Engineer. Matt has also pursued further education, earning a CMI Level 5 Award in Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute.
