Aditi Mendiratta

Aditi Mendiratta currently serves as Lead for Compensation & Benefits at Kohler Co., overseeing operations in India, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa since October 2023. Prior to this role, Aditi worked at EY for over four years, progressing from Human Resources Summer Intern to Consultant and then to Senior Consultant within the People Advisory Services division. Aditi holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College For Women. Early education was completed at Kendriya Vidyalaya, focusing on Commerce.
