Brian Melka

Brian Melka is the Group President - Power at Kohler. Brian has over 20 years of experience in product management, technical support, and training. Prior to joining Kohler, Brian was the VP of Global Mining and Product Management at Rexnord from February 2010 to September 2013. Brian also spent 12 years at Textron, where they were the Director of Product Management, Technical Support, and Training from January 1998 to December 2010. Brian began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held various positions from January 1996 to December 1998.

Brian Melka began their educational career by obtaining a BBA in finance and investment banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Brian then pursued an MBA in management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. After that, they attended the United States Naval Academy and The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Finally, they completed their education at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Brian Melka reports to David Kohler, President, CEO. They are on a team with Natalie Maciolek - VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Paul Ryan - CIO & Shared Services, and Eric Schnabel - VP, Strategic Brand Communications.
