Currently serving as the Head of Compensation & Benefits for Kohler Co., Deepti has previously held significant positions at Kuehne+Nagel, including General Manager for Compensation & Benefits in India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, as well as Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager roles. Earlier career experiences include a Human Resources Business Partner position at vAngel Technologies and an HR Executive role at Azureways Cargo. Deepti Chawla holds a Labor Laws Executive Development Program from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager from World at Work.
