Jesus Finol

Jesus Finol is the Vice President of Quality and OPS Excellence at Kohler Co., a position held since August 2024. Prior to this, Jesus served as the Senior Director of Operation Solutions Design at Target from July 2022 to August 2024, leading a team to enhance material flow processes within the global supply chain and spearheading automation initiatives to alleviate team member burdens. Jesus also held multiple roles at Nissan Motor Corporation from January 2008 to July 2022, including Director of the Manufacturing Support Group, where optimization of production capacity and cost efficiency was achieved for a workforce of 8,000 employees, and Senior Manager positions focused on trim, chassis manufacturing, and industrial engineering, delivering significant cost savings and production improvements. Jesus earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
