Malcolm Gaspard

Malcolm Gaspard has extensive experience in loss prevention and security management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Loss Prevention at Kohl's since June 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing the Tri-state market. Prior roles include Regional Vice President of Security and Director of Investigations at Macy's East from 2004 to 2008, managing loss prevention programs for key locations such as Herald Square and the Long Island Region. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Hollywood Video and multiple positions at Macy's East from 1989 to 2003, including Region Investigations Director. Malcolm Gaspard holds a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
