Mary Benedum has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Kohl's since November 2011. In this role, Mary leads the transformation of the enterprise value proposition through enhanced data analytics and technology, overseeing Kohl's Rewards loyalty and Kohl's Card credit programs. Previously, Mary held various marketing leadership positions at Kohl's, including Vice President of Marketing and Director of Marketing Strategy, where strategic planning and execution significantly impacted customer loyalty and engagement. Mary's career began with progressive marketing roles at Kohl's and included a communications internship at Kohler Co. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed executive education in Strategic Leadership at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, as well as a program in Corporate Leadership for Leading Women Executives.
