The Kohl's leadership team is composed of individuals with a wide range of experience in various industries. These include the Sr. Vice President, Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, the Vice President, Digital marketing at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, the Director, Digital Marketing at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, and the Manager, New Media at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. Other members of the team have experience as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP, EVP Human Resources Synchrony Financial at Synchrony Financial, EVP Human Resources NBC Universal at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and VP Human Resources GE at GE. The team also includes members with experience on Board Of Directors at PepsiCo, Board of Directors at Cigna, and Board of Directors at Ann Inc (Ann Taylor and LOFT), as well as the President, Starbucks EMEA - Europe, Middle East, Russia, Africa at Starbucks. All members of the team have received education from esteemed institutions such as Stanford University, Industrial Engineering; University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, Business; and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Chemical Engineering.
