Hayley Cox is an experienced operations director with a strong background in product management and recruitment, currently holding multiple leadership roles at Koin Limited and Pastel Sixteen. At Koin Limited, one of the UK's largest producers of medals and commemoratives, Hayley has advanced through various positions including Operations Director and Head of Product and Licensing. In addition, Hayley has contributed to the development of a vibrant lifestyle brand at Pastel Sixteen. Prior experience includes managing the Commercial Division at Rubicon Recruitment Group, along with significant roles at Nite International Ltd focused on PR, customer service, and operations. Hayley holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies with Psychology from Canterbury Christ Church University and has pursued further education in marketing and recruitment practices.
