As a 2D Lead Artist, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of 2D artists to meet the technical and visual quality expectations of clients.
• Collaborate closely with art direction, tech art, and quality assurance teams to refine the art team's objectives.
• Advise the project manager in setting tasks and goals for the project art team.
• Guide and support artists in achieving their performance and development objectives.
• Actively resolve art-related issues and enhance the overall quality of the work.
