Aprilei Ramirez

Aprilei Ramirez, MPH, currently serves as the Maternal Child Health Outreach Coordinator at Kokua Kalihi Valley, where responsibilities include coordinating outreach and community engagement initiatives that incorporate the cultural values of Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities. Ramirez has a diverse background in public health, having previously worked as a Patient Screener and COVID-19 Case Educator, as well as a School Based Case Manager. Prior experience includes roles in customer service at Pizza Hut and Macy's, educational support at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and various sales associate positions at retail establishments. Aprilei Ramirez holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on Social and Behavioral Health Sciences from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
