Nandini Chopra

Nandini Chopra is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal since February 2014, Nandini has also held the position of Independent Director at Kokuyo Camlin Ltd. since August 2017. Previously, Nandini was a Partner at KPMG Corporate Finance from June 1998 to December 2013, specializing in M&A within the consumer and retail sectors, as well as valuations. Prior to that, Nandini worked as a Manager at SBI Capital Markets Limited, focusing on IPO and debt syndication from 1993 to 1998. Nandini holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
