Kelly Marti

Kelly Marti, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Kolaboration Ventures Corporation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Human Resources Manager at Rio Vista Farms LLC. from December 2020 to January 2022 and at Massage Envy from June 2008 to January 2021. In these roles, Kelly managed a comprehensive range of HR functions including workers' compensation, workplace safety, benefits administration, and performance management. Additionally, Kelly volunteered as the HR/Recruitment Director for Undead Roller Derby, contributing to the empowerment of women through sports. Kelly's career began with a role as Client Services Manager at PacWest Solutions, where advisory services on HR matters were provided to multiple client companies. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of Arizona and a certificate in Massage Therapy from the National Holistic Institute.
