Shamsheer Mahammad

Shamsheer Mahammad is a highly experienced Senior Principal Rheologist and Senior Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company, with a tenure spanning over a decade. Responsibilities include managing advanced food physics and chemistry laboratories, overseeing analytical scientists, and addressing product/process issues through analytical testing. Previous roles involved significant research in rheological and thermal analysis of food systems and the development of methods to troubleshoot product-related challenges. Shamsheer has also served as a Registered Expert at Kolabtree and held various scientific positions in prestigious organizations, including Johns Manville Corporation and several research institutions in India. Academic qualifications include a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, as well as an MTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a BE from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
