Bennie Griggs III

Bennie Griggs III currently serves as the Program Committee Volunteer Manager for the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and is a Franchisee at Kolache Factory, alongside being a Co-Owner at KFG North Alabama. Since October 2021, Bennie has held the role of Program Functional Lead/E5 at Kord, providing critical support for the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) program. Prior experience includes a Principal System Engineer position at Northrop Grumman from March 2018 to October 2021, with significant contributions to system engineering processes and Agile methodologies. Bennie has also worked in various engineering and testing roles across multiple companies, including Esterline Defense Technologies and Troy 7, Inc., and possesses a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Master of Engineering in Information and Engineering Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
