Gülsen Bakırhan

Gülsen Bakırhan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gülsen started their career as an Editorial Intern at Yapı Kredi Kültür Sanat Yayıncılık in 2010, followed by a role as a Corporate Communications Intern at Vehbi Koç Vakfı / Vehbi Koç Foundation in 2011. Gülsen then worked as a Program Editor Assistant at NTV before joining Transmed as a Key Account Executive in 2012, where they managed Transmed's Household & Personal Care Portfolio for Carrefour Hypermarkets in Abu Dhabi.

In 2014, they moved on to become a Key Account Manager at Transmed, where they continued to build and maintain strong customer relationships and execute various marketing initiatives. In 2018, Gülsen founded their own boutique yoga studio called bi' nefes yoga in Eskişehir. Gülsen employed six other yoga teachers and grew their customer base to 70 regular members.

In 2015, they joined Paraşüt as a Customer Support & Success Manager, responsible for managing user experience and guiding users on how to best utilize the app. Gülsen later transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager, where they focused on increasing user adoption and retention through product marketing activities.

In 2022, Gülsen joined Hubtic as the Head of Marketing, where they were responsible for setting and achieving yearly sales targets, building brand identity, and overseeing a small team of digital copywriters and visual communications designers. Most recently, they are currently serving as the Head of Growth & Customer Experience at Kolay since February 2023.

Throughout their career, Gülsen has demonstrated their expertise in marketing, customer success, and yoga instruction.

Gülsen Bakırhan's education history is as follows:

- From 2006 to 2012, Gülsen attended Koç University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry.

- During the same time period, they also completed a double major in English Language and Comparative Literature, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in that field of study as well.

- Prior to their university education, Gülsen attended Vefa High School from 2002 to 2006, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities.
