Tina Nielsen is an experienced professional in the field of recruitment and HR, currently serving as a Junior Researcher at Kold+Partners since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, candidate sourcing, and client collaboration. Previously, Tina held various roles including HR and project assistant at Nyborg Strand and student assistant in HR at Kerteminde Kommune, focusing on employee onboarding and workplace safety. With a strong educational background in Psychology and Communication from Roskilde University, Tina has also undertaken courses to enhance recruitment skills.
