Alina Cuceu is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with a strong focus on the gaming industry, currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Kolibri Games since May 2021. With extensive experience in recruiting for various roles, Alina has successfully developed and executed strategies tailored to attract top talent while promoting diversity and inclusion. Alina has also onboarded new trainees and contributed to employer branding initiatives. Prior to Kolibri Games, Alina held positions in tech recruitment at audibene and SkillValue, as well as in management and marketing communication roles. Alina holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Economy and International Affairs from Babes-Bolyai University.
