Ryan Pires

Ryan Pires serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions at KBS Realty Advisors, overseeing approximately 2.5 million square feet of Class A office and mixed-use assets valued at around $750 million in the Western United States since September 2018. Prior to this role, Pires was an Associate at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC, focusing on opportunistic and value-oriented commercial real estate investments. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at CBRE's Financial Consulting Group, a Financial/Sales Analyst at MBK Homes, and a Research Analyst at JLL. Pires holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from Chapman University, earned in 2014.
