Hil Johnson

Hil Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and finance. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant and Chief Compliance Officer since April 2019, Hil has held the position of Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Kollmorgen since June 1997. Additional roles at Kollmorgen include Vice President of Finance for the Vehicle Systems division and Global Financial Controller. Prior to that, Hil was the Manufacturing Cost Accounting Manager at INA Bearing from June 1982 to June 1997. Hil Johnson holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business from Elon University, earned between 1976 and 1981.
