Justin Spradlin

Justin Spradlin has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Justin started their career as a Research and Design Engineer at CentraLite Systems, Inc in 2005. After two and a half years, they joined Radiance Technologies as a System Engineer, where they worked until 2010. Justin then moved to CTS, Inc., where they held various roles including Senior Consultant, Architect, and Senior Architect. In 2017, Justin joined ALEN, Inc - American Law Enforcement Network as the Director of Engineering and Development, and later became the President. Currently, they are working as a Product Owner at KOLOGIK, starting in May 2023.

Justin Spradlin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Alabama, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the ClaimCenter 8.0 Functional Certification Exam, the BillingCenter 8.0 Functional Certification Exam, the PolicyCenter 8.0 Functional Certification Exam from Guidewire Software, as well as the MCSD: App Builder and MCSD: Web Applications certifications from Microsoft.
