Mallika Raj

Mallika Raj has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Mallika started their career in 2003 as an Operations Team Lead at Beacon Global Information Technologies & Services, where they managed a team of 20 and handled sales confirmations and escalations.

In 2006, Mallika joined HP Pvt Ltd as a Technical Support Engineer, where they gained strong technical and analytical skills in areas such as Ethernet, TCP/IP routing, and software problem resolution. Mallika stayed with HP until 2010.

In 2019, Mallika became a Senior Business Development Manager at Virtual Resource Network, a staffing and recruitment company based in Dallas, TX. Mallika was responsible for a wide range of services, including leadership search and software development team hiring.

From 2019 to 2020, Mallika worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at 9to9 Software Solutions LLC, focusing on talent acquisition for the company.

In 2020, Mallika ventured into client success management, first at HireTekis.Com and later at KBS Solutions LLC. In both roles, they helped clients find and hire software developers remotely, ensuring the timely delivery of quality software solutions.

Throughout their work experience, Mallika demonstrated expertise in team management, customer service, technical support, and recruitment.

Mallika Raj began their education in 1984 at ST Francis de Sales High School in Hyderabad. Mallika remained there until 1997, after which they enrolled in Bharat Degree College Hyderabad. Mallika completed their Intermediate degree in Business/Commerce at Prathibha Junior College from 1997 to 1998. Mallika then pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General at Bharat Degree College for Women from 1999 to 2001.
