María José Encinas Vallejo

María José Encinas Vallejo has held several positions in the Human Resources field since 2013. María José began their career as an Executive Assistant at ECLAC in 2013, followed by a Concierge role at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun in 2015. In 2017, they joined Grupo Presidente as a Human Resources employee, and then moved to Presidente InterContinental Mexico City as a Human Resources Manager in Training in 2018. In 2019, they took on the role of Coordinadora de Capacitación at Hotel Presidente InterContinental Mexico City. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed People & Culture Supervisor at Casai, and will soon become the People Operations Lead at Kolors in 2022.

María José Encinas Vallejo attended Colegio Guadalupe from 2010 to 2014, where they earned an Asistente Ejecutiva Bilingüe in the field of Administration and Management of Companies, General. María José then attended Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Licenciatura in International Hotel Management.
