Shashi Subramanian

Shashi Subramanian has extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, currently serving as Deputy General Manager-Construction at Kolte-Patil Developers Limited since November 2014, overseeing three major residential developments totaling over 1 million square feet. Additionally, Shashi has been a Project Manager with Terrazzo Dubai Co LLC since August 2012, managing civil activities for various projects such as malls and residential developments. Previous positions include Project Manager - Execution at K. RAHEJA GROUP, where coordination and quality assurance were prioritized, and a Project Manager - Civil at Pioneer Group, responsible for meeting construction targets.
