Michael McGrath

Michael McGrath is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Chief Estimator at both KOMAN Holdings, LLC and Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. since October 2020 and September 2018, respectively. Previously, Michael held the position of Chief Estimator at Gilbane Building Company from August 2009 to July 2018 and was a Preconstruction Manager at George Shaeffer Construction from January 1998 to January 2002. A graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE), Michael brings significant expertise in estimation and preconstruction management to the industry.
