Mike Koesterer

Mike Koesterer has extensive experience in sales and management within the mining industry, currently serving as Vice President of North American Mining Sales and National Accounts at Komatsu since 2006. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple senior positions at Joy Mining Machinery from 1992 to 2005, including Vice President and General Manager for various regions, where responsibilities included maintaining full P&L oversight and leading large teams. Mike's leadership experience encompasses managing operations, manufacturing, sales, and marketing across multiple regions, including Australia and North America.
